Have you ever physically beat the crap out of somebody and felt good about doing it?

yep, the girl who bullied me in school, i snapped one day and pummelled her into the ground she didn't pick on any one after that and darn it felt good, but i don't like fighting unless i have to

I know you don't want to hear this but there are no set rules to follow when you have a broken heart. You can't just read a book and boom everything is sunny and happy again. People get over emotional pain in their own ways. I know it's been said before but a broken heart takes time to mend. The only advise I can give you is find something to distract you. Things happen for a reason.

Yes I have, but in the long run I became good friend with every person I fought lol kinda weird I think they were all afraid to not be my friend lol

hel yeah dude my brother for like a year he would yell and b**** at me all the time, we were like best buds ,then he changed ,and i got tired of it...he even stole some stuff of mine .and he got in my face and pushed me one day and i popped him a few times i busted his lip i was real happy about that cuz he had to tell his friends his sister busted his lip ......and i felt great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
