the best feed i found so far is channel 12 on streamtvnow.tv
i've been using them for 6 years and they supply lots of users with the best sport events including ppv's each day.
Usually their basketball stream is on 700kbps, almost HD but it looks very nice on my big screen tv.
I suggest you check them out, its not fully free, but its very very cheap. You may even wanna cancell your cable tv after registering there.
