i had my final job interview three weeks ago and there still no phonecall from h.r. do i need to panic?

Question

i had a great time with my final job interview.  the interviewer already discussed  the culture of the office, functions  of the position that im applying and he already told me to be prepare for the credential investigation. 
 i had a friend whose working there and he told that it took him three weeks before he was called for the result of his final interview.
              it has been three weeks now and i still dont have any phonecall from the h.r. .   do i need to panic? 
                                              
           im here in asia.

Give them a call, let them know you understand it is important they take time to make the correct choice and ask if there is anything else you can do, or information you can give, to help the process along. Reaffirm your interest in getting the post.  Good luck.

Dont panic to be fair you gave it your all if it dont work out look at another job there will be plenty around, just wait for it, it took me 5 weeks to hear if i got into college :).

Don't panic. Even if you get the job or don't get it, panicking won't help. Hit the beach and relax!
