Good or bad trade to take?
Do you guys think I should take this trade? I'm a little scared of Sheff's streaky hitting, but Inge would probably serve as a good throw around player to fill in spots when players are injured.

Inge is only partime, so this is really Sheffield for Longoria. Sheffield is not 100% and Longoria has alot of potenial, but will he produce?

No do not take that trade
Sheffield has been doing very poorly this season w/ injuries, etc.
Inge has slowed down from a hot early season... I'd keep Longoria b/c he's better than sheffield/inge
