Usually the chocolate used on a cookie is not that strong, but call your vet to make sure and check the label to see what kind of chocolate was used. Bakers chocolate and dark chocolate have the more concentrated theobromine that is lethal to dogs.
Keep hydrogen peroxide in the house to help induce vomiting in the future!

Your dog is rather small. I would give hydrogen peroxide 3% - one teaspoonfuls every ten minutes to make your dog throw up. If your dog throws up the cookies you're fine. Usually only once or twice with the hydrogen peroxide will induce vomiting. Naturally, don't let him eat the vomit, defeats the purpose. Keep him on a leash until he vomits, and clean it up promptly. They usually vomit more than once.
Remember, baker's chocolate is the most dangerous, but on a small dog any amount can be a problem.

Give your vet a call just to be sure. It really depends on the type of chocolate that was in the cookies, and the cocoa count (milk chocolate vs. dark chocolate), how badly your dog will react.

Yes I would call the vet. Chocolate is dangerous for dogs. Don't want to take any chances especailly since your dog is small.

Yes, you should worry.
Call your vet, and follow their instructions. Most likely, they will want you to try to induce vomiting at home first using hydrogen peroxide. If it has been too long, or if the hydrogen peroxide doesn't work, you will have to take her in.

she will probably be ok, but I would call the vet to let them know and make sure she doesnt get into chocolate again. Some other things you might also dog proof are:

Even though that is a relatively small amount of chocolate, it is dark chocolate which is much worse, and your dog is a very small dog. I would bring her in to see a vet.

I think you should call the vet, because it has chocolate on it and in the meantime keep an eye on your dog! GOOD LUCK!
