How much $$$$$ Does PetSamrt Pay its EMPLOYEES??

Question

I am looking for a second job and absolutely LOVE animals and thought this would be a good second job for me.  But I need to know how much it pays.

Not enough. ha no really where I live they start you at $7.90 and theres a raise after 30 days.  They pay less in areas of lower costs of living and places where therea arent many animal shoppers.

I used to work at one quite a few years ago, they started you off then at $7 (minimum wage was $5.15, so a little better) in my area, the next town over paid more $8-9. They may have kept up with that, or they may have gotten cheap and start everyone out at minimum wage. There's no way to know without asking your local petsmart..... You can always politely ask an employee while you're there one day, they may or may not tell you.
