I like the Holy See's entire site, particularly the archives where the Bible, the Code of Canon Law, the documents of Vatican II and the Catechism are all in one place:

    http://www.vatican.va/archive/index.htm

For a quickly searchable Catechism, though, the site maintained by St. Charles Borromeo Church is awesome:

    http://www.scborromeo.org/ccc.htm

Like others here, I find Catholic Answers to be an excellent apologetics resource:

    http://www.catholic.com/

And finally, the video previewed on this site explaining the Mass is awesome:

    www.lifeteen.com

this is an amazing website. It ranges from podcasts explaining the sunday readings and movie reviews, to articles written by Mark Hart aka the Bible Geek, and several other things. I would recommend this website to anybody.
