healthy plan for women?

i plan to exercise regularly

& eat healthy

i've been researching sites on what to eat and what not to eat

but i would really like some real life stories or advice and tips from anyone (women)

what did you start doing different

what meal plans should i start following

(serious please)

and im not trying to do south beach, jenny craige, nutra system, special k, weight watchers things

i mean jsut start eating controlled portion sized healthy meals that you need everyday in your body

    It's very simple really; eat healthy, which means--no fatty foods, no fried foods, no sodas, eat lean meats, lots of veggies and drink lots of water.

    Be very conscious of what you put in your mouth. Look at what is in your pantry at home. Throw out things like junk foods, sodas, and limit alcohol.

    Exercise can be walking every day for 30 minutes and then working up to an hour or more. You can take it a step farther and go hiking (up hills) for even more strenuous exercise.

    I manage to keep my weight even doing these things.

    I am a teen - have u seen me anywhere - i mean miley cyrus?

    u know what is the secret of my slim and trim body?

    i eat fruits and vegetables daily and only once in a month i eat non-veg!

    by eating only i stay healthy - but i eat things fresh and properly cooked and i dont touch things which r rotten or left overs - that is it!

    Just get a balanced diet including lots and lots of fresh fruit and veg, and take regular exercise. Simple as.
