bought a ovulation kit need advice plz thanks?
hello i bought a 7 days ovulation kit and need advice on when to use it.
my period ended on friday the 23 of may and need to know when should i start testing, because i have very crazy irregular period and don't know exactly when i ovulate if my period ended fridaym when am i going to start ovulating? i been trying for alomost 9 month and nothing now trying this ovulation predictor ?? plz help if you have experience with it :(

well first after ur period take of wait 7 days then start testing to see if you ovulating buttttttt... remember the first on emay not work may do it for atleat 3 month till you catch the day you ovulate sinc eu say u have crazy irregular period you may have pcso and it may not work on u .. if it does i will advice for you to go to the docotr and get his or her advice..

You need to follow the OPK according to the directions. Usually you start testing on CD6-8 (that's counting from the beginning, not end of your period). Since you have an irregular period, you might need to go through 2 kits, which is ok. That way, you'll at least have an idea of when you ovulate. If it doesn't work out this month, I would recommend trying something like the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor. It keeps track of your last 6 cycles, so it's good for people who have irregular periods. I'm on my 2nd month with it. However, for this month, I would be prepared to use more than one OPK! Your ovulation should start 12 days from the first day of your last period. Since you did not say how many days your period last, and on what day it started, I can not pinpoint exactly. However for example if you started on May 19 (and your period last 5 days) your ovulation would start on the 30th of May, with your peak time for conception on the 1st and 2nd of June.
