Nude Child Photographs is it Pornography?

Seems a lot of people have weighed-in about Hensons nude photograph of a 13yr old girl. Is it 'suspect' to photograph under age children in suggestive poses?

Update:

I'm also wondering, in any case, if the photograph is used for gain by the photographer fame and fortune is that OK

I am an art teacher, and I have seen photographs of children in the nude (baby shots, etc)... that were very tastefully done...(my sister for example sent me these beautiful pictures of her kids when they were babies)...

When you take a child and put them in sexually suggestive poses, you are turning the child into an object. It's not like a child asks to be photographed in the nude.... its the adult (who typically is in control) who would be telling the kid to do it.

...I have not seen the picture, but there is a definite difference between a nude picture that is tastefully done, and one that uses children as sexual objects.

...so yes, I would ask the artist to tell me how their "suggestive" picture of a child is NOT pornography...because I would think it is suspect.

In suggestive poses yes it is suspect.

The child doesn't know those poses so it is the photographer setting the child up for an adult audience only.
