Things to do to help oily face, pimples, blackhead & the such....

1.) Dont ever pick/pop them... If you must pop them wait till they have a head and use cotton balls. Popping causes the oil & bacteria to go to near by spots and cause more pimples

2.) Wash your face twice a day.

3.) Do not over wash your face.

4.) Get a natural soap that contains Tea Tree EO. I get mine at:

    http://www.itsyoursoap.com/index.php?main_page=pro...

Tea Tree EO kills all the nasty bacterias that causes pimples. A plus this soap doesnt smell girly. Smells like peppermint and cools the skin.

5.) Also get a astringant. But use it only every other day because you do not want to send the oil producing pores into overdrive.

If you follow these things for a few weeks your skin will look great

Just remeber this dry dry skin looks old and worn. You face needs oil to look youthful

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.

In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.

Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.

In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.

If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

I've tried everything, from dermatologist medications, to hydrogen peroxide. Here's what to do:

1 )Eat healthier, a bad diet does NOT help at all. It only makes it worse. Junk food is full of sugars, which do cause acne.

    2) Work out. Sweat is actually good for your pores. It cleans it out. But, clean your face afterwards, to make sure your face stays clean.

    3) Continue using a cleaning product as works for you. I use Clean and Clear. Works pretty well. Also 'Wexler' Is FANTASTIC. Cleaned my skin up. But it's expensive. I see you had a problem with that. Try looking for different kinds of facial washes. Simply make-up removers, and some lotion has worked on my skin, too.

Also, you can stay away from beef, because you obviously have a lot of hormones, which is the main cause of acne, and beef contains hormones that farmers give them, for them to be stronger, and bigger. So, doubling up on hormones is NOT good.

    Instead, you can eat:

Turkey, Nuts, Fish, and Dark Chocolate.

    Also, drink LOTS of water.

I hope your problem goes away.

It does not feel good having acne, I know. (:

You have to stop taking those foods. They will cause acne in most people.

You may want to try colloidal silver. Rub it on the affected area a few times a day. It should help to control the toxins purged from the skin. I use a beck protocol device to make my own colloidal silver... It's easy and cheap. It also help to cleanse the blood. With cleaner blood i see no reason you would get any form of acne.

Keep using it. If the toner doesnt sting a little bit, move up to the next level 3 or 4, depending on which one you are using now. Sounds like you could also use their acne creme, it works wonders!

    Go to the dermatologist

ask them what to use for your nose, forehead, & areas

Your skin may be too oily in some places so that might be the problem with not washing your face right.

seriously, your diet can be everything. when washing and tons of products doesnt work that might be its cause of hormones (like me by the way) drink as much water as you can and eat good. also don't touch your face. it spreads bacteria. and change your bed sheets and pillow case as often as you can. these things all really helped me. like tremendously. and they are all free : )
