sex after delivery ?
I delivered 5-13-08 with no stitches. I also started the pill the very next day. My question is do you think the pill has started working so my husband and I can have sex now?

You should be safe with your Birth control, are you ready to have sex already? You might want to start slow and make sure it doesn't hurt you when you try.

the pill is working by now , but i recommend waiting 6 weeks after birth b/c there is still a chance of infection

You are safe with the b/c. But i would wait to have sex until your 6 week check-up to make sure everything has healed properly.

it normally takes about a month to get it all in your system. I would say use a condom for the first little while, just in case!
A hint is to take it slow. Make sure hubby treats you just like you were a virgin, it will more than likely hurt.
