My printer wouldn't print but there is ink, please help!?
My printer had blue ink and the other three were finished, so I refilled the three (red, yellow and black). I printed a document. Blue and black works. Red and yellow wouldn't work. The black ink was used less than 7 times and it is already halfway..

Maybe magenta and yellow were clogged, try to clean printheads. Refer to your printer manual on how to clean it. Do not repeat clean up to three consecutive times, otherwise it will mess things up. If still does not work, your printer may have a printhead cleaning by a technician. If all else fails, then you may have to buy a new printer because printhead may be damaged at this case and it's too costly to have it replaced rather than have a new one.
