can anyone tell me why my platelet count is going down since I had my spleen removed?
I had my spleen removed cause the Doctors said it was enlarged and eating my good cells with the bad ones ..but my count is still going down ..what other reason could it be for this

ITP or idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura , not responding to a spleenectomy ,
