What should my treat be?

I allow myself two treats per week; one during the week and one during the weekend (which is usually sunday dessert) so I decided tonight I'll have my first treat but what to choose? I'm indecisive for once. They have to be sort of guilt free treats, so for instance I can choose from;

Fruit salad with a dollop of yogurt on top

Angel Delight (Chocolate flavour) made with skim milk (80 cal)

Kit Kat Senses

Flake

A yogurt and a cinnamon cracker

You must know what I'm talking about now, and I have an hour until I need to decide, so please help, chocolate is important don'tcha know.

Update:

& No, I'm not anorexic. I'm just controlled with my eating, I can't stand to gain any weight so I make sure I eat healthy.

Big bag of maltesers huh? Hmm.

    I allow myself a treat once a day,which is a choccie bar,but the deal is I have to go the gym,tonight for me its a Bueno.

    So if I had your choices it would definately be the kitkat Senses,they are very nice :)

    and yes chocolate is VERY important.

    Measure out 1/2 ounce of Hershey's syrup.

    Slice up 1/2 banana and 5 strawberries.

    Use the syrup as a dip and go to town. The chocolate will satisfy and the fruit is good for you!

    Why not go for a 1 c serving of Special K chocolately delights, you get your good for you nutrition and your chocolate as well. Satisfys my need for chocolate thats for sure, plus its great to eat with or with out milk.

    Fruit salad with a dollop of yogurt? A treat? That's crazy, you could eat that every day. In fact, I do.

    This is weird and a bit controlling and smacks of anorexia. Lose control a bit! Go think of other people or do something interesting, rather than worry about what 'treats' you are allowed.

    fruit salad. would fill you up, forget the chocolates you'll feel better that you didnt choose them...the yogurt and cracker sounds good tooo..........hmmmmmmmmm....go for the salad :)

    my personal treat is to:

    buy some dates, split them open and remove the stone. then insert walnuts into the middle of the dates and eat. good for you, and absolutely delicious. i prefer to chocolate!

    Eat some Scotish food, fried Mars bar and chips.
