Sweetie, you can leave whenever you desire. I think you will catch a majority of it...however sometimes the "start" time you are given isn't the actual start time of the meeting, so be advised you might only catch an hour or so.

I always leave early anyways...it's great to get out before the traffic starts...if it looks like it's going to let out about the same time your leaving, you better high-tail it out of there so you will be where you need to be at 3.
