Can you imagine the Rays if they still had Josh Hamilton?
he could be the rightfielder. that lineup would be really scary.
detroit tiger fan for life, i am not implying that they are bad (although i do think that gabe gross is bad) but hamilton is a better hitter than both of them. i know that the rays are doing well without josh because i have been a Rays fan since 1998, but there have been games that we have lost because we didn't score enough runs even though the pitching was great that game, but the normally great offense just had a bad game, and with josh maybe that would have been different.

If he were still in Tampa he's either be: a) a strung out boozer b) in jail, or c) dead.
Tampa gave him many, MANY chances to get clean. He's admitted that once he got away from his so-called Tampa friends, it was easier to get clean.
All baseball fans should be happy that he's no longer there. Even Tampa fans. Because if he were still there he'd probably be out of baseball -- at the least.

Amazing. The mere thought of this should strike fear into the hearts of Yankees fans. The Rays from Tampa can beat us without that big bat in the lineup. Lucky for that division.

Hamilton already has more RbI's 2 and a half monthes into the season, then he did all of last year. With Craford leading off, BJ Upton hitting and stealing, Pena homering, I could see World Series contenders there. Hamiltons breakout year is starting, and I bet the Rays wish they still had him.

would desire to I see it valuable, yet i actually doubt it. To me the MVP has to the two be having an excellent season or come from a team this is seen as a valid contender to win all of it. i might say good now that Evan Longeria, Robinson Cano, Justin Morneau, and Miguel Cabrera would desire to regarded at because of the fact the favorites because of the fulfillment of their respective communities and their remarkable info.
