Ca someone help me find the section in labor law that states if an employer makes n hourly paid employee go home and has a salaried worker fill in so that money is saved by sending home the hourly employee then the salaried worker shall be paid ...? overtime/ or hourly worker has to get paid? What? This is in georgia
