Who has seen an ape, big cat, or other non local strange creature & where?
I my self have seen a metre long black cat that had killed or was scavenging a fox attacked, fence stuck sheep, the night before. Size measured by the fence it climbed to flee, the sheep it was eating & its paw prints bigger than my 15kgram (30Pd) dog's. No cats native to Australia thou it was at the extreme upper limit of feral domestic cat.
I also asked this question in zoology & you guys might be interested in a site that Kakariki posted--

There have been sightings for at least 7 years of at least one cougar, or big black cat of some sort. I am from Michigan, USA....they definitely are not local to the area at all. Nobody can catch it, but I got it on video and there have been numerous pictures.

There was a female bobcat living in the woods behind my parents home. Not really "non local" as there are several in west central Illinois so having one at their home wasn't strange, but not ordinary

Hello
UK here, we have one on the Island we live in & oh I wish I could see it! A panther apparently! havnt seen it :(
In UK they changed the law against keeping wild animals a decade or so back now, so many wild animals were released by irresponsible owners & are still about!
