Jack it up onto stands and look by the doors it should be by the rear doors.There is a special tool you should buy that will help you to remove the clips on it and be sure to change it once a yr afterwards.
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way it might help to either look in a Haynes service manual or buy one for that vehicle.

under the driver back door, is under 45psi, so be carefull, DO NOT try to replace that filter, when the exhasut is hot.
