please analyze my problem (in view of h.r. people)?

i had a final interview four weeks ago and i follow up my application to the h.r. manager today regarding the status of my application because there was no phonecall from them. they are a big company. my final interwiew with the regionhead (4 weeks ago) was great and he already discuss the functions of the position i am applying for and he talks about the culture of their company. he also remind me to prepare for the credential investigation in order for them to evaluate.

The HR manager told me that they are still evaluating but they dont get my name during my phonecall. isn't they just answering it the same question whenever they receive follow-up calls from the job applicants? how do u assest my application? thanks so much for your time.
