Well if you are eating a lot that is completely normal, because the stomach expands and causes one to look bloated when it is carrying a lot of food.

However, if you are eating only a normal or little amount, then that is a bit unusual. It could just be from having a lot of fluids, if you drink a lot or your food has a lot of liquids. Also, it may be from salt. Salt retains water and can make you look bloated, so if what you're eating has a lot of salt, then that could be why.

If it persists or is causing discomfort, you should probably see a doctor just to be safe.

    Hope this helps! :)

You may have what is called delayed gastric emptying. This condition is caused by a few different things. You also may have GERD which is a type of reflux disease. I would recommend going to a gastroenterologist and having 4 things done: 1-Gastric Emptying Study, 2- Small Bowel Follow-through, 3- Bloodwork, 4- EGD. The Gastroenterologist will then be able to tell you what the problem is and prescribe the proper medication. None of these procedures are painful.

Depends on what you're eating, and how much you're eating within a time period. Could be dairy products that you're having a reaction to. Try to cut them out and replace them with fruits and vegetables. I know, I know....it sounds like such a big sacrifice. But if you have digestive problems it will help. Just try it for a week. You should definitely also speak to a physician, could be something else causing it. Good luck.

That usually means that you're over eating. Eat until your no longer hungry.. Not until your full!

Also, drinking water with or after a meal tends to cause bloating.
