Did God created Satan to be evil from the beginng?
Or did Satan fall by his own malice.
God says He tempts no one, neither can He be tempted by evil. Why can’t people take responsibility for their own sinful actions. We always blame somebody else for our sinful behavior. And by saying that we were predestine , that makes God the bad guy. What say you?

God does not create anything or anyone for the purpose of being evil. Satan, in his pride, rebelled against God. Though, I may not agree witht the 7 deadly sins, pride is a huge factor that causes mankind to sin. "When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom." (Proverbs 11:2)
"In his pride the wicked does not seek him; in all his thoughts there is no room for God" (Psalm 10:4 for a greater understanding on the pride of mankind, the whole chapter 10 is a great resource).
As to why people can't take responsibility for their own sinful actions is our own human nature, corresponding within the humanist environmental teaching in today's psychology. While the current movement is that all people are inherently good, and the wrongs they commit are just a reaction to an evironmental cause, they ignore the Holy Scriptures. Paul wrestled with his own sinful humanity and explained it best when he wrote, " I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing." (Romans 7:18,19)
The second aspect of this not accepting responsibility, as you can see, is the denial of God in our lives. One teaching that is prevalent in today's society is "Moral Relativism". That we determine what is right and wrong, and not anyone else. It is within our own moral construct that we determine good and evil. Therefore, if we do something wrong, it's not because we did anything wrong, it's just your interpretation of right and wrong, and I believe what I did was right, therefore it's not my fault you think it's wrong. (Understand, I do not believe in "moral relativism, this is just an example of their teaching) "Moral relativism" denies the absolute authority of God, and puts the authority on mankind.
Mankind has a choice, to either follow God and His righteous decrees, or deny God and condemn themselves to an eternity of suffering. "But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD." (Joshua 24:15) and "Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him." (John 3:36)

Of course not! Before his fall, he had the highest position among the angels ... he was the covering angel. The angel that was above the throne of the most high (Ezek. 2814, 15). But his pride wanted more. He wanted to be like the most high (Isa. 14:13, 14).
We will always, if given the chance, blame someone else ... it's our human (fallen) nature.
Anna, So many people even among the saints do not understand God's predestination. It would never make God the "bad guy" if they truly understood predestination.
God predetermined that one day we would be like His Son. Predestination applies only to saved people. Nowhere are we taught that God predestines people to be eternally condemned. If they are condemned, it is because of their refusal to trust Christ (John 3:18-21). Those whom He chose, He called (see II Thess. 2:13, 14); when they responded to His call, He justified them, and He also glorified them. This means that the believer has already been glorified in Christ (John 17:22); the revelation of this glory awaits the coming of the Lord (Rom. 8:21-23).
How can we Christians ever be discouraged and frustrated when we already share the glory of God? Our suffering today only guarantees that much more glory when Jesus Christ returns! (The Bible Exposition Commentary N.T. Volume 1 by Warren W. Wiersbe)
I hope this has shed some light for you.

We can't aways blame Satan for our behavior. Sin comes from our hearts. Let no man say when he is tempted I am tempted of God for God cannot be tempted with evil.neither tempteth He any man. But every man is tempted when he is drawn away by way of his own lust. Remember the Devil is not omnipresent. He puts temptation in our way its all over the world but we can make a choice not to fall into it. Satan was not evil when he was created. God gave Satan and the Angels free will just like us.

Predestination Means that God Knows How you Will Choose. Satan had his chance and was the Leader of the choir in Heaven and Chose to rebell with a 1/3 of the angels He was Filled With Himself, full of Pride, just like Presumtuous people.....God does not have to Blame anybody He does hold you accountable for your own Actions...Isaiah 14:11-16

Satan was created as one of God's greatest angels. He was good however then he came to think that he was better than God and that he could take over. This is was the first sin. God can not look at sin so he would not have created Satan to sin. It is told in the Bible God knows everythiing about our lives before we are born so God would have known that Lucifer would betray him but he would not have created him to do so.

NO
he like us, Chose to do what he did
his pride took over his better judgment , the same as it does ours . And we are tempted with the same things . Satan even tried to tempt Jesus with the same things . But as you said God doesnt tempt Anyone with evil Nor is He Tempted of evil . So not even for a moment did Jesus even consider it . I wish we would have and could have did the same , not even considered it for a moment .
Once we Accept Christ and His Free Gift of Salvation , we are then predestined to live for eternity with Him. He knows who will accept , and he knows who will not , However He is Righteous , and His Free Gift is given to ALL . Just sad reality is not all wil accept Him !!!

I agree with Bekah Roses. And by the way, Satan is real! Satan actually needs a body to inhabit, that is why you read in the bible of people being possessed with demons (usually a "legion" which is "many" or more than one).
God also tells us to 'resist the devil, and he will flee from you'. It is when people do not resist, that there is a problem.

God created lucifer (light-bearer) to be a holy angel above all other angels, who's job it was to present to the LORD the glory due unto Him. but God knew what lucifer would choose in his heart, and even though he has sinned and has been stripped of his title and office, he is still a creation and therefor a servant of the living God. notice in the book of Job, satan is kept on a leash. do you know what satan's ambition is? to undo the works of God and make himself as god... yet while he is doing his awful works, God is using him in training us. God allows evil to enter our lives so we may overcome. He refines us day and night. satan is just a peice of God's ultimate work, 'stooping down to make the sinner great.' read Romans 8:28
it is a curious thing while we ourselves are undergoing this affliction, the race of the hosts of heaven are undergoing their own, but the rules are completely different, yet we will all meet at the judgement.
so to answer, no, God didn't create the devil as the devil, He created a blameless and perfect angel... until iniquity was found in him... God did not put it there. He gave freedom to lucifer, and that freedom became our bane by which sin was introduced to this whole history of existence, nevertheless God gets the glory, He has undone satan's works and has defeated sin on calvary.

Lucifer fell because his hunger for power so he fell by his own malice, but every one of God's children, even the angels are given free will, or those that had fallen with him obviously wouldn't have fallen. God is pure, Satan wasn't nor are we.
People would rather blame somebody else for thier faults and failures than accept responsibility for thier own actions.
Destiny is a choice that we make for ourselves.
The part I really like is did God make Satan evil from the begining? I was taught that the arch angels came to God of thier own choice and agreement which means he already had that potential to go bad. I also believe in a blance of powers and that God allowed him to do what he done because he knew that there had to be a counter balance for his own power. Scientific laws also varify the theory.

Everything that's been created by God is good. The angel Lucifer was created good but he deliberately sinned against God and thus made himself "the Adversary" or "Satan".
Isaiah 14: 12-15
12How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
15Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
Angels who sinned against God cannot be forgiven because they do not have any excuses left to say. It is because they do not have the weakness of the flesh like a human has.
2 Peter 2:4
For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
