Is this from Final Fantasy?

I ripped this bit of music a while back but I cant remember where its from. Some people say its from one of the Final Fantasy games.

No, it's not from a Final Fantasy game, but I do believe it is from a video game. I'll be straining my brain until I think of which one it is. I'll edit in a response if I can think of it.

Naa, take it from me, a Final Fantasy pro who has played and clocked Final Fantasy 3,7,8,9,10,x-2,12
It sounds too defined to be in any of the older Final Fantasy games. Otherwise it might be in one of the spinoffs.

iv played and completed every final fantasy, and have the majority of the soundtracks and it doesnt sound familiar.

in fact it sounds like early NES/MS era, maybe even the gen before that
