I personally asked a friend that could tell me how to help you and she said that it may be a virus. She asked me if you haven't had trouble with your computer recently, if so she recommends that you take it to a technitian. The question for you should be, have you had any kind of trouble with it recently?
I hope that helps. God bless you
Can you help me with these questions

Right click an empty part of your desktop. Choose properties, then go to the Appearance tab.
Go through the second drop-down list to "window" then choose a colour.
All window backgrounds will then come up that colour, in browser, Word, etc.
Don't choose too dark, as the Q&A typing boxes go that colour, too.

Just realised, you might mean pages you're looking at, which other people get in colour
In Firefox,go Tools>Options>Content>Fonts&Colors>Colors then tick the box "allow pages to choose their own colour"
In IE, go Tools>General>Accessibility, and make sure no boxes are ticked to prevent the page's own colours from showing.

I think its raw HTML, if that helps.
try checking screen settings and making sure its set to color.
