Irs stimulus refund check question?
we had our taxes prepared by H&R block and my husband was told that since they did our taxes that our stimulus check refund will go to H&R Block first then they will take a fee out then send us a check. does anyone know if this is true or not?

If you are having your fees taken out of your REFUND, that would go to Block first to take out the fees, then you'd get the rest. The stimulus check, though, would be a paper check mailed directly to you at the address on the top of your tax return. Block doesn't get an extra fee from your stimulus check.
