What is better for Hillary's supporters?
Is it better for McCain to win the election and Hillary can run again in 4 years (either against McCain or a different Repub since he has hinted that he would only serve 1 term) or is it better for Obama to win, and Hillary has to try to unseat a sitting president in the next election nomination process?

yes... Hillary can run after McCain's first term... Right now, she should run as an Independent, after what here fellow democrats did to her. It would be difficult for her to run as Democrat if Obama wins. Democrats turned their back on her so she has not chance of winning the candidacy after Obama's first term. She cannot afford to wait another 8 years to run for president due to her age. Her best bet is to get her followers to campaign and vote for McCain...

Hillary cannot run again if Obama if he's the president They are both Democrats so if Obama wants a second term Hilary cannot run against him unless she runs as an independent or (horrors of horrors) becomes a Republican. So the best bet for Hillary supporters would be if McCain wins so she can run against either him or another Republican four years from now.

It's best for Obama to win and for Hillary to serve out her term in the Senate. Then she should become Governor of New York. With a successful Obama Presidency and her cementing her base in the party even more, the DNC will fall all over themselves hoisting her into Office! She's not really losing anything politically by losing this election cycle's Nomination. Sure, she doesn't get to be the first female President - yet. But she's in a unique position of having the whole DNC indebted to her after this year's weirdness. For which I ultimately blame Howard Dean, whose so-called leadership turned the DNC into the Keystone Cops! And she is in a position of being able to both initiate AND steer a lot of Legislation between now and then.
The whole Party will kiss her tuckus for awhile.

Well its better for Hilary if McCain wins because he'll take this country and send it right down the toilet. But if Obama wins, it might be hard to steal his re-election after four years of running the country.

what Hillary is wishing for is a cabinet appointment from Obama,which puts her in a better position for another run. maybe Sec. of Health {?}

Don't care. I predict she will screw things up so bad for the democrat party this summer that she will be a non-issue in politics from now on.
