question about oxygen sensor error code?

i have a 97 plymouth breeze and i'm getting an oxygen sensor error code. the code states that it is bank 2 sensor 1. so my question is which sensor is it? the one before or after the catalytic converter?

    Bank 2 indicates it is a V6, correct? If so this will be the rear bank (associated with cylinder #2) sensor 1 being the one closest to the cylinder head, aka above the catalytic converter.
