    the prince does after romeo kills tybalt, he said because romeo did what the law would have done by killing tybalt after tybalt killed mercutio he would spare his life even though he said whoever was in a fight would die, so he banished romeo instead

    The Prince banished Romeo after Romeo kills Tybalt. Because the Prince said that he would kill whoever starts the next fight, but he shows mercy and banishes Romeo instead.

    he sed who ever started another fight would die

    but since it was tybalt

    and he already died

    romeo just got banished

    The Prince does.

    The book clearly states it. Above the quotes he says, it even says "Prince." Amazing, no? So, are you blind or ignorant?
