I have gained alot of weight on antidepressants. Any suggestions?

The only way to loose the weight is to get off the pills. If the pills are working for you, then just get comfortable with your new body. I gained 30 pounds when I went on anti-depressants and lost it all when I got off, but then gained it right back when I got on birth control. I got off the birth control, but now the weight won't go away. Some people have no side effects from pills, but others do. You just have to weigh the pros and cons.

consult your doctor he may be able to prescibe u sum different ones.
there are so many types there must be some that dnt make u gain weight
