need some help with losing weight PLEASE i want to be skinny!!!?
Here's basically ALL my history:
Starting weight of 140.21pounds (63.60kg)
Current Weight of 134.92pounds (61.2kg)
Loss of 5.29pounds (1.8kg)
Started dieting 11 days ago now.
My goal weight is around 113-114pounds (around 52kg).
For the last 11 days I've exercised maybe twice because I was too busy with work. Ive cut down on calorie intake to around 1000-1300 per day. I record all my daily activities and always make sure I burn more than I eat. I currently take "Fat Blaster Max" diet pill but Im swtiching to Hoodia Gordonii.
I plan on doing a 2k run every morning and then a 20minute resistance training session every night.
Eating plan per day:
Breakfast: Usually dont have breakfast because I literally cannt eat in the morning. I fill up on water.
Lunch: Depends usually I'll have a sandwich with a spread or some chicken and salad (453 cals)
Snack: Fruit either apple or banana if Im hungry (approx 109 cals)
Dinner: Varies usually meat with veggies or rice or a soup and bread (600-700 cals)
Thats approx 1400 calories. That would be a day for me where I would have eaten alot. Like I said I usually dont have breakfast because I cant eat in the morning, I don’t get hungry enough and it makes me feel sick to eat when Im not hungry. I usually have alot of water in the morning after I wake up. Also I only drink water and try for 2L everyday. My calories like I said usually sit around 1000-1200. But if I average out over the 10 days Ive been dieting its around 1450 cals per day.
Also, Im currently an Aus size 11 but I want to go to a 9 (that makes me a US size 7 I want to be a US size 5 and I'm currently a UK size 9 & want to be a UK size 7) . Is that possible, how can I do it? I've bought a pair of size 9 jeans as my motivation. Also, what are other motivation tips? coz its hard to keep motivated.

5. What are some motivation tips?
6. Any exercise/diet tips?
7. Is it possible to go from the size I am now to the size I want?
Please keep in mind what I'm doing has enabled me to lose 5.27 pounds already.

Excuse me people, I DO EAT. And this isnt a fad diet. It's a healthy lifestyle plan. Im not going back to my old ways I'm sticking to this.

Ok, well I do not recommend dieting, it doesn't work. Do you have lots of excercise? I know most kids our age hate running, but maybe try something like soccer, tennis, or something to keep you active. I did soccer for about two months, and lost two pounds. But don't just sit around in goal, run up and down that field. Also, just get outside and swim some laps in the pool, or just run around some small area in your neighborhood a few times, as fast as you can. Try to not eat much junk food either, but you can have some so you don't die from such a boring diet : )

You are loosing too much weight too fast..If you was like 400 pounds and had gastric bypass then yeah I could see that. Most people usually loose 1-2 pounds per week. I have lost 30 pounds the right way by cutting fat/cals and working out.
~ Eat 3 meals a day. If you dont this will actually slow your metabolism down.
~You need to eat 1500 cals a day since you are not overweight.Sounds like alot but your body will burn this off and more.
~Get off the diet pills, they will give you heart problems and who knows what else.
~ This needs to be a healthy lifestyle and not a beach season thing or it will NEVER work.
~ Looks like you need more dairy,veggies, and complex carbs too in your diet for your body to work properly.
~ Loosing weight too fast can also cause stretch marks.

Honey what you are going for is not healthy, healthy is loosing about 10 pounds per month, because whats going to happen is that as soon as you start eating regular and stuff you will gain it all back, plus, your not giving your body the nutrients it needs, you need to eat at least 1700 calories per day and then work those off, your body needs those calories to build the muscle, i feel really bad for saying this but you would be better sticking a straw in your belly button and sucking it out, your not doing this in a healthy way. when you burn more than you eat you are making your body take the nutrients it stores for emergency, (like if you have a heart attack, which at the rate your going you will) and using them and soon you will get sick, and or your mind will loose the nutrients and your brain with not function quickly and healthily. plus when you don't eat breakfast, your brain does not start, when you eat breakfast it tells your metabolism that it needs to start up. the metabolism is the 2nd thing your brain starts up in the morning, without the breakfast to tell your brain to wake up it wont start up until like 4 hours later, i have stomach problems where i cannot eat breakfast or else i get cramps and stomach aches, so what i do is take vitamins and then have half a granola bar. I really hope you take this to heart and do a healthy diet, hope this helped.

I think everything you're doing is really great, and it is totally possible that you will be in a size 9 within like a month. The only thing I would change is adding lemon to your water in the morning to speed up your metabolism, and try drinking the water warm. Oh, and don't get too obsessed with counting calories and stuff cos that would be bad.

If you ate breakfast you could lose more weight.the time between when you fall asleep and when you wake up s the logest time in the day. Now add to that the fact that you don't eat. Your body is going into starvation mode because it has gone soo long without eating.

Buy the EAT TO LIVE book, fresh fruit for breakfast. Salad, legumes, fruit for lunch, salad, 2 cooked veges for dinner with fruit. I lost 1 pound a day on this diet, you can eat as much as you want, just make sure its all fresh, not processed,
