If you click on the below link this site has an online form for the reporting of all scams and frauds - (with links for your own country) and also some excellent advice on what steps you can take to achieve a spam free inbox :

The best you will ever be able to do is keep deleting them unopened. They all come from different addresses and when you report one the others come through under another address that is used.
