What can I make for dinner tonight with Ground beef?
Not spaghetti, tacos or anything with creamy soup. Looking for new ideas!
Could I have recipes for some of this stuff? I know how to make shepherd's pie and stuffed peppers, but I'd love recipes for the rest of your ideas.

I used a Rachel Ray recipe using ground sirloin with a creamy provolone cheese sauce.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon EVOO - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pound ground sirloin
1 softball-sized onion, chopped
1/4 cup steak sauce
1 cup beef stock
Salt and ground black pepper
4 dinner rolls
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1 cup provolone, shredded
Preparation
Preheat broiler.
In large skillet over medium-high heat with 1 turn of the pan of EVOO, brown the ground sirloin, about 5-6 minutes. Add the onion and cook another 3-4 minutes, until the onions start to get tender. Stir in the steak sauce and beef stock, season with salt and pepper, bring up to a bubble and cook about 2 minutes.
Split open rolls and toast under broiler, keep your eye on them so they don't burn!
While the meat is cooking, melt the butter in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the flour and cook about 1 minute. Whisk in milk, bring up to a bubble and let thicken, about 2 minutes. Turn off heat and stir the cheese in a figure-eight motion until it is all incorporated.
Scoop some meat on the roll and top with the cheese. Yummo!

I make Taco Rice: Cook 1 medium onion diced and 1/2 lb ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper, ground cumin, and chili powder until meat is browned and onion is tender. Add 1 c long grain rice (I like basmati) and stir, toasting for about 1 minute. Add 1 c canned, diced tomatoes with juice and 1 3/4 c hot water or beef stock. Stir and reduce heat. Cover and let cook until liquid is absorbed. For added spice, add 1/4 c or to taste salsa and top with grated cheese.
I sometimes add peas the last little bit to have an all-in-one meal!

I made a batch of dirty rice last night to use up the burger. I used one of those Zatarains box mixes. I know you said not tacos, but even though it's a cajun dish, it's great inside a soft tortillas with cheese. Otherwise just eat it as is!

meatloaf, goulash, or sloppy joes...unfortunately there is only so much you can do with hamburger meat.
quick meatloaf
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
1/2 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, ketchup, stuffing mix, ranch dressing mix and fried onions.
Shape into loaf and fit into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
Bake, covered loosely with foil, at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes, or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
simple sloppy joes
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
3/4 cup ketchup
3 teaspoons brown sugar
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper; drain off liquids.
Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
goulash
1 pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups macaroni
1 quart stewed tomatoes
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
6 ounces tomato paste
In large saucepan brown ground chuck, drain.
Add tomatoes, onions, garlic, paprika, chili powder, macaroni and tomato paste, if desired. Add water, a tablespoon at a time, if mixture seems too dry. Simmer until macaroni is tender
