What's a reasonable selling price for a 1992 Toyota Tercel that needs a new engine (car is not running)?

Considering how old the car is, besides the above issue, is in great shape. It has about 120,000 miles on it. I need to sell it and have no idea how much it might be worth...

Thanks so much!

YOU'LL have to pay THEM to haul it away.

I wouldn't pay more than $500. The engine alone is going to cost $1700 and about $500 to install it.

The car is only worth $2000 in fair condition.

Look for another car with a working motor.

Check Kelley Blue Book online. Probably $1000 or less though.

I'm not sure about prices but don't sell the car for less if the engine won't start because of easly fixable problems. (ie battery failure)
