Some of the Mets think they are going to win all in 2008. i dont think so..?

Im a mets fan and i dont think its willies fault at all i think its Minayas fault i mean come on...you signed L.Castillo who has passed his prime and isnt that good anymore to a 4-yr contract ! also he is relying on Alou too much a big injury prone player...delgado needs to go hes washed up and i have to say C.Beltran is OVERATED ! Hes such a inconsistent hitter. But i still think we have a good shot at the playoffs if only if the phillies starters start showing they really arent that good.

Just because the team collapsed last season doesn't mean they hate Willie Randolph. They collapsed because they lacked the energy and fire when they needed it most. They got lazy. The Mets are still one of the five best teams in the National League. While I dont know if they can win it all, they can definately take advantage of a weak division and make the playoffs and from there, anything's possible. A month before the playoffs started last year, the Rockies were on the brink of elimination and went on a run to the World Series.

i think they hav a good shot...it all depends on who gets hot at the right time...look at the cards in 06...83-79 n winning the world series!!...they r now 30-28 with the win today...they won another series n should at least take 3 out of 4 from the padres this weekend..it looks like they r getting hot...there is no real competition in nl and anything can happen....all there is is the dbacks cubs n phils...not much there and pedro is back for now lol!!

Well they really need to get their act together and start playing baseball,They also must leave this controversy of Willie for the end of the season because there is still a lot of games to play.Plus the way Chicago Cubs are playing they must play like pros and not like little leagues.

Unlikely that they'll win the WS this year. They still need 1 more realiable starter, another bullpen arm, and someone other than Carlos Delgado at 1B. And a new manager...

Anything in baseball is possible & they could win the World Series.

They could, any of the teams (even the Padres and Rockies could) could, but I don't see them winning the WS.

I hate their manager and I am a good fan of theirs.
