Blue eyes look really good in browns, golds, and peaches. Purple goes with all eye colors so that would look good too. To make them look bigger, take white eyeliner and apply it to the inside of your bottom lash line. Also, you can put a really light (white works best) eyeshadow near your tear duct, which will also help make the eyes look "wide open." Then, curl your eyelashes, as this will lift them away from the eyes and cause a wide open effect, and apply a lengthening mascara (actually, I'm not 100% sure if you need to use a lengthing; you can probably use a volumizing if you want to if you like how it looks better, its up to you!). Hope this helps!

Make it so your eyeliner gradually increases in thickness from the inner corner of your eye outward, and then wing it out a little bit at the outer corner. You'll have to play around to figure out the right amount to wing it for you, because not everyone is the same, and what works for me may not work for you. My favorite eyeliner to use to achieve the winged look is MAC fluidlines with the 266 angled brush. Only put a tiny bit of eyeliner on the bottom lashline and blend it in really well. Then when you do your mascara, concentrate on the outer part of your eyelashes. With small eyes, never line all the way around your eye and don't line waterline. Also, it helps to curl your lashes.

Since you're blonde, I would suggest getting dark brown eyeliner and dark brown mascara, Maybelline is my makeup of choice for mascara, the comb works best! I love love love it, really lengthens my eyelashes and makes my eyes pop. I use CG eyeliner, always use pencil, and remember to use it on both the top and bottom of your lids, and don't make the lines too thick. That will just look tawdry. Good luck :) The prices are good too!

Well try using some eyeliner to smudge into your top eyelid. Also try using a brown or other neutral colors for eye shadow. Also, try using a little bit of mascara to make your eyes really pop! Hey, have fun use a different color eyeliner, like blue or green. Or even try mixing blue and green together, it will look great on you!

To make your eyes look bigger, try lining the inside of your rim with white, light blue, or tan liner. Also, try using mascara only on your upper lashes. Then use a darker liner on the outer halves of your top lid and under your bottom lashes. And try using a flattering shimmer powder on your lids. A little white shadow on the inner corner of your eye will help.

buy a white eyeliner and apply it on the inside of your eye... works for me =]

p.s don't clump your lashes up, apply some mascara just to frame your eyes, this will give you a more natural look and make your eyes look wider.

If you want them to stand out if your going out to a club or whatever then apply a neutral shade on the inside of your lid and a mid to dark brown on the outer corner of your lid and blend until there are no harsh lines separating the colours...Brown eyeshadow looks great with blue eyes! don't forget the white eyeliner =]

Lots of people say heavy eye liner. But no. Just go around the edges with a dark brown if you have paler skin, black if you're tan. And mascara. I suggest Covergirl Lashblast, I got it in February and absolutely ADORE IT!

Don't put eyeliner on your upper eye lid.

If any put a smidge on your lower one because that opens up your eye.

Also, use an eyeshadow color that compliments your eyes and that'll make them POP!

ok...so,line your lower inner rims with a nude or white eyeliner(try MAc's kohl liner)...tight line top lid with black/brown/dark blue or any dark colors(a gel liner would be good i suggest MAC). and add lots and lots of volumizing and/or lengthening mascara(Covergirl Lashblast)
