Why did President Jackson authorize the use of military force to remove the Indians from there homes in 1830?

As part of the Indian Removal Act?

Despite a Supreme Court ruling?

What would have happened if he had not?

Jackson had a history of being a "rugged" outdoors man who did many great deeds as an Indian-killer. In fact, that was something that appealed to people when he was elected. He had a name.. Old Something (a tree, maybe hickory or something).. Anyway, his ideology was very closed in that manner.

Andrew Jackson was a liar. He made deals with Indian tribes and then broke the treaties afterwards. He was very clever, and an utter thief.
