you need to read the directions that came with the speakers. I think one is for 8 ohms and the other is for 16 ohms. There should be a marking at each plug.

Some speaker brands also have a parallel output. So, you can plug your amp into one of the plugs, and then another speaker into the other plug and both speakers will be playing the music. Its a good way of being able to connect more speakers than your amp has outputs. Give it a try, only plug one speaker into an amp, and on the same speaker plug the other speaker.

Alex is right. It is just a parallel connection so that you can connect more than one speaker.
If you have a two channel stereo amp, connect one speaker to one side of the amp and the other speaker to the other side.

i might propose in simple terms slicing and taping. regardless of each and every thing, the audio equipment are gonna be staying interior the motor vehicle. while you're ambitious, you will get a soldering iron on the dollar keep and solder the wires mutually. Its fairly consumer-friendly and you may teach your self to solder in a pair of million minute. make certain you warmth the wires with the soldering iron actual stable until now feeding on the solder. then you definitely gets a stable solder joint. attempt it.
