You are silly. There is no website that will give you free ringtones. All the advertisments and webpage pop-ups are a scam to grab the audiences' attention to their website and try to make you download there 30 second song.

All the ads on tv and online have all that small print. If you can read it fast enough, it says they will charge you for the purchase. The easiest way to get music on your phone is to buy a phone capable of playing music.

I have a phone that holds 200 songs (mp3 or wma [ringtone format for my phone]) on a 1 GB memory card. I can listen and play the whole song, whatever song I want, and I don't pay a penny for it. Also, you get to download any song you want and put it on there, and its not some crappy 30 sec song, its the true whole song.

    Good Luck

One that I randomly found was Phonezoo.com

It's free and it will send the ring-tone to your phone in a text massage.
