Last time I asked this, I forgot to provide a link to craigslist. So here it is. What's the scam?

Scam? Very hard to guess. It could be for real, or they may just be using it to get you to email them and then they collect your email and spam you with offers.

Rich kids of his ilk often leave valuable stuff behind over the summer break from college. It's just too much of a hassle for them to more it back and forth.

Can't tell what it is but you can be sure it's a scam. It's in his dorm room and none of the other tenants want it? Yeah, sure.....:-) This student is having probs giving away a 26" TV.?? Yeah, right.!!
