i have heard that rev. wright and others want reparations from the U.S. tax payers?

Question

1. is he talking about the desendantsof the  645,000 (slaves brought to the U.S.A).?
2. and does he just want it from the 8% of American famliys that owned them in the 1860's?
3. or just all the tax payers?

I'm amazed that people on this site are forever "hearing" a bunch of nonsense.  There's no reasonable way to allocate reparations even if there was the will to pay them.  Forget it.
