well... it's hard to say... the only thing that it gives as evidence is ONE vague quote... that could mean many different things... he seems to want some sort of support some way... granted... but, maybe reparations or maybe not...
I would think if he really stood for it... he would just come out and say it... and they would have used that quote of him saying "The government owes us reparations now!"... he doesn't seem to be afraid to say what he believes...
