Hello, You should say: Merci beaucoup, je suis très touché que tu n'es pas oublié mon anniversaire. It means, thank you very much, I am very touched that you've not forgotten my birthday. Bonnes fêtes!

The expression is:joyeux anniversaire.
The way to say it is like this
zhuah-e* ZAH-nee-vehr-saire
*pronounce the e like you are saying "err" but without the r.
The French tie the sound of their words together if the first word ends with a consonant(or non-vowel) and the next begins with a vowel.
So that means _______x + a_______="ZAH"
Variation:
you can also include after 'joyeux anniversaire" a phrase like "mon ami" (if it's a guy) or "ma amie" (if it's a girl).
Have fun!
