What is your favorite underappreciated TV show from years past?
As a fan of good sketch comedy(not you Mad TV), I think that 'The State' and 'Exit 57' were fantastic....I mean they were no Kids in the Hall, but still quite funny.
P.S....if you liked 'Strangers With Candy' and don't know 'Exit 57', check it out.

"Arrested Development" was amazing and hilarious. It had some of the best writing ever and it showed the great talent of Michael Cera and Jason Bateman.
But, the absolutely greatest show ever was "Six Feet Under" and I always felt that it was underappreciated even while it was on. The show was original and fantastically written and the ensemble cast was brilliant. Michael C. Hall, Rachel Griffiths and Lauren Ambrose were my favorites on the show.

I have several. Square Pegs was a good one, about the trials and tribulations of high school and the characters you meet; I think it was Sarah Jessica Parker's first project.Flash was another, about the comic book superhero, and Birds of Prey was another, about the comic book heroines Oracle, Huntress, and the daughter of Black Canary. They played it the Earth-2 way and had Huntress be the daughter of Batman and Catwoman, rather than of a mobster.

Dead Like Me on Showtime, and Huff on HBO. Both were cancelled, without a series finale or any resolution. My husband and I were SOOOOO disappointed.
