    A question: because meaning theory determines its use (Eliasmith). Asked: because you are an externalist (Putnam's twin earths) and reacted to "Yahoo's Answer's" using a keyboard, computer, and the internet—rather than through telepathy. Answerless, because your asking it through a distributed representation (Churchland and Sejnowski). Perhaps, a much easier question would be "when?"
