if you loose 10 pounds does your clothes size go down dramatically or does it stay the same?

I'm "5'1" and 113/114 lbs and i want to loose some 10 lbs so I think I'm too overweight, and i just want to feel better too health wise, i feel kind like im carrying extra bulk. So if you loose just 10 lbs does you clothes size go down a lot, cause i recently bought some new clothes and I dont want to loose weight, find out that my clothes are too loose, and have to go and buy new ones. oh, and for my height am i unhealthy, is it better to just loose some weight, i know im average but am i on the verge of overweight? and is it possible to loose 10 lbs in one week just by cutting down chips/soda/sweets/junk food and running/jumping jacks/crunchs/weights?

Update:

the weight is kind of even 4 pounds on each thigh two and half on my tummy ond like 4 on my but

Update 2:

well scratch that lets just say most of the weight is on my thighs and but, im not exactly sure how much so ignore the above edit. and by the way im 13 so i cant take diet pills or go on diet plans.

Update 3:

and im a size 5 in most brands ( at least in the bottoms section.)

Update 4:

and a medium in the tops

losing ten pounds in a healthy manner should take about a month or at least 3 weeks. Will it make your clothes not fit, probably not even at your relatively small size. The only way you can drop weight that fast is by sweating it off, or heavy use of laxatives.

well first off, you are skinny enough and shouldnt need to lose more weight. just keep up with what your doing. and second, it depends on how much you weight in the first place. I think that it would be a larger difference in size for a bigger person to lose the 10 pounds rather than a smaller person. But if it does happen get a belt. Thats what I had to do, I lose 17.5 pounds and had to buy new jeans and a few weaks later they are already too big for me, and I am not obese neither. I am just a few pounds overweight.

    Best of luck!

It depends on where you lose the weight from. If you lose all the weight in your legs, then yes your pants size will do down.

But losing ten pounds in a week, is very unhealthy. You're not supposed to be gaining or losing any more than maybe a pound a week. Your body can't handle drastic changes like that. And you're not over weight, either. You're taller than me and weigh less, and I'm healthy.

i could carry off on determining to purchase issues like pants (those tend to be trickier with sizing being as that there is loads of) yet i could get your shirts in a length smaller, or in the dimensions you have self assurance you would be. in case you won't be able to hold off on pants, attempt and realistically seem at your self and spot how properly you fill out your contemporary length and what's the probable length that ten pounds will positioned you all the way down to. think approximately on line determining to purchase. No concerns there.

I usually gain a bit in the winter - 2 sizes about in jeans. Depends on where you gain and lose the weight.

6-10 pounds equals one dress size. So if you lose 6 or more pounds, you lose 1 size. But if you do this by starving yourself, it doesn't work. I've tried.

From your stats, you definitely don't need to lose weight. And losing 10lbs for you would definitely be dramatic, really dramatic. Losing 10lbs. in one week is extremely unhealthy and you would be depriving your body, healthy weight loss is no more than 3lbs a week....but as i said, you def. don't need to lose weight girl

I don't think you need to lose any either. You already sound petite, losing 10 lbs could be unhealthy.
