Please make a springish or summerish outfit. No pink. Try to make it very stylish and feminine, but no dresses. I am 14, and any store is ok. My budget is $200.

okay...no dresses?? how bout high waist skirts?? high waist skirts, give u a very feminine shape(esp if ur curvy) high waist skirts are best, if their above knee, mid thigh, and they flow out. wear them with a loose cute tee, tucked in the skirt. try to avoid heels, since u r only 14. flats, with bows, r cute. no pink?? okay u got it!!try a baby blue, and white, maybe silver. team the outfit, with cute BOW ascessories. to take it to the next step, try loose plaiting ur hair. im sure this outfit will be under $200. try going back to the 50's with a hint of revolutionary modern twist...hopes this helps...:)
