There's no way to track when someone logs on to your account. I guess the only suggestions I can give you is to ask your friends to keep an eye on your account. I'm guessing you know this by now, you can see when your friends are online and when their not. When you not on you account asks your friends to go to your account from time to time to see if your online or not. If it turns out that you were online while you weren't then you know that someone's been on your account.
My advice to avoid all this is to change your password.

Hi I dont have facebook so I cant tell you if you can track them but i would guess not. BUT if you still can get in your account why dont you change the password now??
