Chafing thighs......?

So it's officially summer, and I want to wear a skirt because it's so much cooler, but I'm a bit overweight and at the top of my legs the inner thighs rub and it gets REALLY painful. I've tried talcum powder, which works really well but only for a short time. Does anyone have any suggestions (other than losing weight lol!) to stop this from happening so that I can wear a skirt?

If the skirt is somewhat lengthy close to the knees at least, wear a thin pair of shorts underneath. It will keep your skin from rubbing. A friend of mine used to do that.

Hi...Some stores like (Lane Bryant or Avenue) sell body shaping shorts (They are kind of like a tight pair of spandex) that you can wear under your skirt they sell them in nude color or black I wear them under my skirts in the summer so I don't have to wear pantyhose.
