What is the name of a children's tv show about a mannequin that came to life at night when his hat was put on?
This was a live-action children's show. The mannequin lived in an apartment store that had an old, muppet night watchman with a gray mustache and a female puppet trouble-making mouse that lived in the wall as well as a human saleslady and he would come to life only when his hat was on and the magic words were said and would turn back into a mannequin if he lost his hat. Anyone remember what show this was?
